This intimate experience begins in the afternoon with Joakim and Jamie, owners of Kåseholm, who will welcome guests to the Castle. After a welcome toast and guided tour of the property, guests are then invited in to Daniel’s new Creative Kitchen in the historic Stone Barn There, guests will be seated at the kitchen counter and will enjoy an intimate dining experience exploring the tastes of the season with Daniel Berlin Krog.

Dessert and aperitifs will follow in the large Tipi in the Hay Barn or in one of the Castle’s salons.  The evening will continue with a ‘Vickning’, a traditional late night Swedish fire grill. Bringing the evening to a close, guests will enjoy overnight accommodation in six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. Guests will find a small selection of local ‘treats’ in their rooms that they are welcome to take home. The following morning, guests will again join together for breakfast.

As part of this experience, guests are welcomed to enjoy the Castle's many salons, sitting rooms and vaults and make themselves at home.

A Night in the Creative Kitchen experience base package is SEK 7,310 per person for double occupancy rooms, and SEK 9,750 for single occupancy rooms, excluding taxes. Optional luxury wine tasting before dinner and special cocktail menu after dinner are also available.

Guests may also choose to extend their stay for another evening at Kåseholm and dine at Daniel Berlin Krog, only ten minutes away in Skåne Tranås.
