A NIGHT IN THE STUDIO KITCHEN
Daniel Berlin invites you to one of the most exclusive dining experiences in Sweden. Limited to private groups of eight to eighteen people, this immersive experience is grounded in the concept of “down to earth luxury” and is centered at the kitchen counters and upstairs Lounge in the Studio Kitchen in Kåseholm’s historic Stone Barn. Here, Daniel’s team will prepare a series of dishes and wine pairings highlighting the very best of the season. After dinner, the evening continues with drinks in the Studio Kitchen Lounge, the Tipi, the Orangerie or in the central courtyard. Guests will also enjoy overnight accommodation in beautifully appointed bedrooms in the Castle, the castle apartment (the Thott suite) or the newly renovated Gatehouse, all with private bathrooms. Breakfast follows the following morning in the Studio Kitchen.
